On arrival, all guests are required to fill in the “notify schedule” and leave their documents at the reception for registration. everyone will receive
a personal pass -an id bracelet- which has to be worn, visibly, during your stay in the camping-village. |

the admission of people or things is subject to the discretion of the management of the campsite and naturally will involve the acceptance of tariffs in force and the complete observing of regulations, which has to be totally accepted by every one as subscribed.
Rules can be changed from the direction at any time. |

all children must be accompanied by their parents, older relations or other adults who will be responsible for them. |

c |
people in the camping site without permission will be reported for housebreaking under the italian law art. 614.
Anyone breaking any of the rules listed here will be asked to leave immediately.

The reception is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. your emplacement is assigned by the campsite who will inform you about the rules, which you have to conform during your stay.
Customers wishing to change emplacement or extend their stay may do it only after getting permission from the campsite. |

The gates are closed from 02.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. and from 12.00 p.m. to 07.30 a.m. loud noises and the driving of cars, motorcycles or bicycles on site, packing or unpacking tents, listening to loud radios or tvs,
washing dishes is forbidden within these hours; therefore to avoid inconvenience, customers are advised to plan arrivals and departures in advance. |

the use of bicycles inside of the camping site is allowed only dead slow and during the authorized time (not during the silence time). |

4 |
The emplacement is limited and all equipment included the car should be kept within it, except for special agreements with the management. equipment may include one car + one caravan, one car or motorbike + one tent, one camper; anything else will be considered extra according to the price list. |

the electrical power supplied is 3 or 6 amps max and the responsibilities of the management in supplying electricity are limited to the linking at the system network.
Customers are not allowed to make modifications or any interferences on the electrical providers. |

the connection to the electrical providers is allowed only with fireproof cables, with no joining, in conformity with e.e.c. |

5 |
The use of the campsite facilities is to be in the manner and at the times established by the management.
In particular, washing facilities will be open progressively related to the number of people staying on site.
Regarding the use of the swimming-pool, customers are advised to respect the rules posted up on its entrance. |

All the campsite offices (enquiry, reception, cash) will follow the times hanging outside the offices themselves and in the campsite rules.
It is not possible under any circumstances to pay or collect documents at other times. |

7 |
Customers must respect all campsite equipment and use it sensibly, in particular washing facilities.
Parents are recommended to keep an eye on children when using facilities.
The campsite will not be held responsible for accidents resulting from this rule being broken. |

8 |
Pets are allowed on site only after permission from the management and only in special sites (area).
The owner must take care of animal’s hygiene (outside the camping for their daily needs) and rigorously keep them on a leash. animals have to have their health certificate and the owners must provide themselves with shovels and sweeper and make sure that the animals do not disturb other customers. animals are forbidden by the swimming-pool and on the beach. |

The campsite must be notified immediately if a customer develops an infectious disease.
It may be necessary for guests to leave. |

10 |
It is forbidden for customers to damage the vegetation on site in any way, to throw boiling water or detergents over plants to attach strings, laces or water containers to the plants or to light fires without appropriate equipment.
The campsite reserves the right to forbid the lighting of fires and the use of barbecues in certain weather conditions. furthermore the marking of emplacement boundaries with fences or other (as for example, tracks or ditches around them) etc is forbidden.
Camping guests need to have their own laundry rack. |

Visitors are allowed only after permission has been obtained and identification documents have been handed over, after an hour they must pay the listed rate.
Please note that customers will be held responsible for the behaviour of their guest. |

Dishes and clothes must be washed in the right washing up sink, with moderate use of water. |
|
13 |
Trashes must be deposited in the correct containers located outside the campsite in closed bags. |

Bad behaviour is not allowed. |
|
15 |
We inform visitors and customers that in this camping-village is working an overseeing tvcc-system. the recording and the treatment of personal data take place respecting the rules in the law art. 13 l. 196/03 because of security and of the patrimony wealth of the camping-village eurcamping as well as of others present there for any reason. |

This rules and regulation are handed to the guest on arrival and are pinned up at the entrace. the staff are authorised to make regulations be observed and to mark out to management those who don’t observe them. |

A management decision for non observance of such rules and behaviour which damages the harmony and the spirit of the holiday, may result in an undesired guest being sent away from the camping village. |

The campsite will not accept responsibility for poor service due to late or missing deliveries, break-down of equipment or other causes beyond our control. customers will not under any circumstances be given a discount for inefficiencies which may have taken place.
Furthermore, the campsite will not take responsibility for damage caused by other customers, atmospheric conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, illness or theft of objects not placed in a safety deposit box. |
