Recently, we have learned even more the importance of prevention towards delicate and potentially dangerous situations for our health. Eurcamping has always cared for cleanliness of its surroundings, with the guarantee of a responsible and safe holiday. We wish to reassure you that we’re closely monitoring the developing situation and following the Government guidance to ensure you can enjoy the holiday you deserve.

Following the COVID-19 emergency we inform you that:

• we have increased the frequency of the cleaning our public areas and taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. Therefore, we can reassure our clients that lodges and common surfaces have always been sanitised with bleach and alcool-based detergents; considered great alleys according to Iss (National Institute of Health) to neutralize microorganisms and prevent human viruses.
• we have installed automatic hand disinfectants (restaurant, playground, etc)
• besides surfaces, also waters are under scrutiny. Most importantly, this has the aim of defending ourselves against “legionella”, a bacteria which manifests in wet environments and proliferates in poorly sanitized water areas. In this regard, the European community is taking action against this disease and Eurcamping is proud to follow the Prevention Guidelines, with a 100% Legionella Free certificate. Granting clients total safety and prevention thanks to the use of 100% biodegradable biocides that eliminate the risk of infection.
• we have modified our Cancellation Policy: COVID-19
  Through out the years Eurcamping has earned a relationship of mutual respect and trust with his guests. In this emergency phase, we are willing to face this national difficulties and have decided to

• *give the possibility of booking your stay with the faculty of changing or canceling your holiday until up to 14 days of your departure, with 90% refund or voucher for different dates. The cancellation/waiver of booking must be notified via e-mail or text message.
• *wait a confirmation from our Offices to your booking request before sending the deposit payment, which is equal to the 40% of the amount of they stay.

Spending time open-air, getting away from it all is essential for well-being and mental health. The open spaces, natural surroundings and the fresh air at our lovely Roseto degli Abruzzi, at Eurcamping in particular, recharge and make us new. Don’t stop dreaming of travel!
