And so after the ADAC Tipp, and the Zoover Gold Award ,we are also awarded with the aspired TripAdvisor  2015 certificate of excellence. An award that is recognized to the tourist structures for the excellent performance reported .

“TripAdvisor is pleased to honor the structures that are characterized by high hospitality service and have received considerable praise and accolades by travelers on the website,” said Marc Charron, president of TripAdvisor for Business.

Now in its fifth year, this annual award recognizes a certificate of excellence in accommodations, restaurants and attractions around the world who have consistently offered to travelers an excellent experience.

But how are the winners determined? TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm that takes into account the quality, quantity and timeliness of reviews and opinions posted by travelers on TripAdvisor in the 12 months of the property in the popularity ranking on the website and its residence time in the ranking.

With an overall score of 4.5 out of 5 our village was reported positively in several respects.

Several people are the reason that makes a vacation worth telling.

There are those who are struck by the pool, by the sympathy of the leaders, and others by the services within the hotel.

Each of these 226 reviews, is very important for us because it allows us to better understand our customers, their needs and expectations. This is not only a recognition to hang in the office or put on display on our site, but for an opportunity to challenge them and to propose new and better services every year.
